losing weight is really hard for me. ive tryed lots of times but i just cant stick to a diet. when i go on one i feel like im gaining weight insted of losing it. its not only that i also tryed exercising but that doesnt seem to work either.
can anyone give me some advice? please and thank you.
if you get hungry (as in being bored) eat carrots! i have found that its impossible to gain weight eating carrots. Or use white strips and they have to be on for 30 min and it will destract you from eating. I dont know what your teeth look like but it helped me. LoL
veggies like broccoli, carrots, cellery, dark greens are very good for you. they are hard for your body to digest because they are fiber and they make your body burn calories as they are going through your system. So they have no calories what so ever.
Drink lots of water, it will help your body be extra moist and help thin out the fat to make it easier to burn and you will lose water weight faster if you drink more water, funny huh?
get up early in the morning and exercise before you eat or drink anything, a sip of water would be fine. but if you exercise at this time you will burn more calories almost 3x as many as usual because you are using the energy that you got from sleep and your body fat as energy and not the food or cafene you have taken in throughout the day.
dont eat anything after 7 in the evening
have a good healthy breakfast, 1 or 2 eggs, 1 toast (no butter!), and some fruit.
have a snack of some fruit, veggies, or granola bar.
Have a salad for lunch and put some different things on it everyday so its not always the same and you dont get sick of it. But try your best to make it lite.
have another snack around 3 pm
have a very lite dinner like a small salad and a yogurt (yoplait)
take a vitamine B6 and B12 every evening before you go to bed.
also getting rest is a good way to help you lose weight

6 Zone out. There’s a reason why people exercise to their favorite music – listening to external stimulus takes your mind off of the physical activity making “exercise time” fly or situate yourself in front of TV or video games involving exercises.
7 Dance Out Do Salsa,tango, swing ,hip-hop dancing etc. Anyone can do it,keep in mind you are dancing to increase your physical activity, so there is no pressure on how well you perform dance. Who knows you might even learn a cool dance move or two
8 Sleep it off. To be an efficient fat-burning machine, If you think that you’re doing yourself a favor by sleeping less, you’re mistaken. Give your body time to rest itself, both mentally and physically. Sleep is very, very important.
9 Keep a food diary. All you have to do is jot down what, when, and how much you eat in a notebook, or you can do it online at a Web site . A food diary gives a clear picture of your current eating habits so you can identify the changes you need to make to lose weight.
10 Be motivated.You need to believe in yourself!. Learn to evaluate your efforts fairly and objectively. When you have thought of giving up, visualize how good you will look when you manage to slim down successfully.
