Hey, I was wondering if yall could help me. What kinds of exercises are good for burning fat? I really want to burn lots of fat but I don't know which exercises are best :( I walk a lot like to school and back home, and at lunches. Is walking a good way to lose weight? I just don't want to build too much muscle if it does.
Aerobics, dancing, boxing, weight lifting, swimming, and yoga do as well
yeah that and runnig.. also ab crunhes help... and apex fat burn 2 help...
