The reason why you gained back your weight again could be due to the programs or methods that you used to help you lose weight initially. There are many weight loss programs and one weight loss method that i strongly do not encourage is to go to those weight loss salon and engage yourself in losing weight with the machines. The reason is that once you stop the program, you will gain back your weight very fast. You just have to continue forever. If you have tried this, then this could be the reason why you gain back your weight.
Another reason why you could be gaining weight again is the sudden exercise program that you induce yourself in with the Club Sport. You should take your exercise regime one step at a time and exercise moderately. Do not do too many exercises at one time. The reason is just like the one i mentioned for the formal. You exercise for twice a week and you rested for 5 days in a week. Your 5 days of rest in a week could be the reason for the bounce back of your weight. I would suggest that you spread out your exercise regime by exercising every 2 days instead, for example, you can exercise on monday and tuesday, then rest on wednesday and thursday, then go on to exercise on friday and saturday and then rest on the Sunday. By doing so, you will be able to condition your body to adjust to the exercise regime and will not abruptly change your body system such that it could not adapt to it. If your body cannot adapt to a weight loss program, it will gain back even more weight once you stop the program.
On the other hand, I would suggest that you consider complementing diets to lose weight with your exercise.
For a start, you should reduce your salt and starch intake into your body. It is a well-known fact that salt in the body will increase water retention. Therefore, if you use this reduction of salt method, you can expect to easily lose 5 pounds in one week time. Many weight loss experts advise that if you are opting for diets to lose weight fast, you should choose diets that contain less starch, sugars, and animal fat. Experts would also advise you to choose diets to lose weight fast like egg whites, fruits, and vegetables, soy products as replacement for meat, fish, nondairy products, skinless chicken, and lean meat.
